Join me for an hours relaxation listening to the sounds of the gong, drums, rain stick and other instruments.
The vibrations and waves of sound will wash over you helping your mind and body to relax.

Relaxing & Calming
Sound Healing session involves using sound vibrations to relax your mind and body.

Your body is made up of 75% water, and water which is a great conductor for sound vibration. When these vibrations travel through your body, they promote circulation, energy flow, and rejuvenation and the frequency of the sound synchronises with your brainwaves and activates destress responses in your body and mind.
