Take a break from the hustle and bustle and join Sarah Lou with her Morning Sound Meditation.  

Held on the first Sunday of every month, this class is a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in relaxation. 

Enjoy the subtle essential oil blends, soft eye pillows, and warm atmosphere as you immerse yourself in the sounds and vibrations of beautiful instruments reducing your stress and creating a sense of balance and wellbeing.  

Give yourself time to slow down and join us for a relaxing and restorative experience.  

Yoga Mats & pillows are provided but please bring your own creature comforts. Fluffy socks and blankets recommended!
